Apogee Entertainment and developers Rafael MartÃn and Kyle Creamer have announced the release date for their upcoming cosy action-adventure and life-sim game. It’s Littlelands, and it’s heading to Steam Early Access on November 16th, 2026.
Want to grow berries?
Sometimes, you might just want to wander around a pretty world, meet some absolute weirdos, and fish for a bit. That’s what Littlelands is for. Like Stardew Valley and My Time at Sandrock, it includes farming, fishing, and building things.
The game is full of cute, big-headed characters and landscapes that look like they’ve been lovingly sculpted out of clay. The colourful, claymation-like visual style makes the place look rather inviting, even when there are dangerous creatures lurking around the corner.
You can grow berries, go fishing, hunt for treasure, explore mysterious caves and dungeons, meet the locals, or simply find a wooden bench and watch the sunset. There’s a decent amount of combat, too. You can battle monsters and challenge bosses, such as the Goblin Boss.
Restoring a farm and growing berries are a big part of the game. You can decorate your surroundings, cook meals, catch bugs, dig for buried treasure, and explore at whatever pace suits you.
Ah, the countryside. So tranquil, provided you don’t wander into the wrong cave!
Littlelands has a diorama-style, Zelda-inspired top-down world where you explore magical landscapes, regions, and mysterious dungeons. On that note, take a look at the latest trailer below.
Littlelands will officially enter Steam Early Access on November 16th
The game has made a few new additions just before the upcoming launch. For instance, the devs have added a new minimap, which makes finding your way around towns, trails, and the wider Littlelands region much easier.
You can wishlist Littlelands on Steam before it enters Early Access on November 16th.
