Just last Friday, we covered Kabuto Park’s release on consoles. And today, I have another upcoming title from the same developer Doot. This new title is called Milki Delivery, and they’re developing it along with Blibloop, while publishing it alongside Wholesome Games Presents.

The name probably already gives a big hint that the game is inspired by Kiki’s Delivery Service. Everyday deliveries, building relationships, personal growth, and connecting people are the focuses here. As for the game itself, you might also spot a strong A Short Hike vibe due to its relaxed exploration and journey.

Neha is the Kiki in Milki Delivery

You follow a young bike courier named Neha, who sets out across a sleepy countryside with her pet cow Milki. Together, they start a dairy delivery business from scratch. You haul milk bottles around, earn money, gather resources, collect food for Milki, upgrade your barn, and expand your little operation.

You ride through dirt paths, lush meadows, green forests, breezy fields, seaside cliffs, and alongside a glittering ocean. The world isn’t massive, but that’s kind of the point. It’s a short and cosy adventure, where upgrading your bike lets you reach more places and meet more people.

There’s also a community rebuilding angle in Milki Delivery. The region was once known for a booming milk industry, but things fell apart after a mysterious event affected all of the cows. Over time, people moved away, and the area became increasingly deserted.

Coming to the gameplay, choosing routes, selling milk, and gathering ingredients and resources are the main tasks. There are also small quests and light management decisions. The game overall includes gentle choices, short dialogue, and a laid-back pace.

Milki Delivery is now available for wishlisting on Steam. It will release later this year on PC.
