Indie developer Invader Studios, known for Daymare: 1998 and Daymare: 1994 Sandcastle, has revealed a new project. It’s a multiplayer co-op horror comedy called Panic Delivery. The title is scheduled to launch in Early Access on PC via Steam in Q2 2026.

Complete dangerous delivery routes without getting eaten along the way

In a dystopian setting, human clones are used as workers because they are cheap, replaceable, and moderately edible. The job is to deliver packages, but the real challenge is staying alive long enough to finish the route.

It’s a world where monsters run everything, and human workers are just disposable clones. Each courier team shares a total of 99 lives, which act as a pool of backup clones. Every time someone dies, another clone is sent in so the job can continue.

Management keeps track of how the lives are used, so wasting them isn’t encouraged. If monsters don’t kill you, the company probably won’t be happy either. Take a look at the gameplay of the title here.

A multiplayer co-op horror comedy, Panic Delivery is full of chaos and dark humour

You go to different high-risk locations for assignments, including a monster-infested haunted amusement park, the human-cloning Panic Factory, and an Antarctic base that hides alien secrets.

Missions are split into Delivery, Recovery, and Smuggling types, each with different objectives and risks. Delivery missions involve transporting packages with different levels of fragility and danger.

Recovery missions focus on retrieving lost cargo using tracking devices. Lastly, Smuggling missions involve working with a human resistance group to move special packages without management finding out.

The game supports up to four players in online co-op, though you can attempt runs solo if you want to risk it. You’ll have access to tools, weapons, gadgets, traversal equipment, and monster repellents to survive encounters. Although sometimes the best strategy is simply running away!

If you want to try out a new multiplayer co-op horror comedy this year, you can wishlist Panic Delivery on Steam.
