Do Werewolves exist in Oblivion Remastered?

Unfortunately, no, you cannot. Despite Skyrim having the ability to become a Werewolf, even the original Oblivion doesn’t include this feature. Many players have been wondering this question in hopes that Bethesda will bring it to the remastered version, but now that we have it in our hands, it’s clear to see that it doesn’t exist.

The thing is, because it isn’t part of the original game, it’s unlikely that any future official patches will add the Werewolf race to the remaster.

Werewolf Mod

While a Werewolf mod isn’t currently available, that isn’t to say it will never be. You can submit a request for a mod to be made or browse the Nexus Mods website to keep up to date with the latest mods, which may include a Werewolf mod one day!

Still, the game is fairly new (the remastered version, I mean), so it may take a while for a Werewolf mod to become available. Props to game modders in general, especially for such large RPGS! I imagine it will work the same as how the Werewolves do in Skyrim, in which you have race-exclusive abilities and passives (covering both pros and cons).

Vampires

So, you can’t become a Werewolf, but you can become a vampire! To do so, a vampire must attack you, which inflicts you with the Porphyric Hemophilia disease. You then have to wait 3 days in total, without curing yourself, to turn into a vampire. Plus, if you want to reverse the effects, you can do so with a cure.

Yes, it’s not the same as being a Werewolf, but if you want to experience playing as a supernatural creature, a vampire is the next best bet!
