Getting your hands on the Type Soul Hogyoku Ball is no easy feat, as they have a small chance to drop. However, they’re one of the most important items available in Type Soul, especially if you plan on progressing to the end stages of gameplay and obtaining the Ancient Vasto.

Type Soul Hogyoku Ball

The Hogyoku Ball has two uses. The first is that it is a required item if you want to obtain the Ancient Vasto Lorde. Our guide linked above goes into more detail about what you need to do and the other requirements.

  • Gives every valuable item in the game
  • x3 Hogyoku Balls required
• To See More Clearly
  • Higher refen and other buffs, which are currently unknown
  • x1 Hogyoku Balls required

How To Obtain The Hogyoku Ball

Culling Games

Go head-to-head against other Factions to reach victory and earn rewards. Some players are reporting that rewards don’t drop, so keep that in mind until it gets patched. We have a Type Soul Culling Games Guide that goes into more detail.

Soul Wars

Another game mode where you go against Clans instead of Factions.

King of The World

Similar to Soul Wards, this is all about Clans. Clans will take turns to fight in an arena until one Clan is left, which will become the winner.

AFK World

Rumour has it that you can also get a Hogyoku Ball from AFK World, which you will need a World Ticket to enter.
