Where is the Type Soul Barber? Changing your hair isn’t as simple as selecting the one you want. You need to be prepared with hair IDs first! On the combat side of things in Type Soul, take a look at our Creed Emblem guide to help boost one of the strongest Speed abilities.

Type Soul Barber

Fancy a new haircut or a fresh outfit? You can visit the barber for both! He’s called ‘The Prodigy’, and you can find him in two locations.

Prodigy Location

You can find the Prodigy NPC in Karakura Town, around the main housing area. He stands in front of a house with a dark roof, behind the open wooden gate. He has black hair, dark eyes, and tattoos, whilst wearing a white outfit that only covers one shoulder.

Within Soul Society, if you look for the building that has a red neon sign in the shape of a pair of scissors, you can find the Prodigy NPC! He stands inside his own barber shop, where you can customise your hair and outfit. The prices remain the same whether you visit him in Karakura Town or Soul Society.

What Can the Barber Do?

You can customise your character’s hairstyle by visiting Prodigy. It costs a total of 150K Kans to change your current hairstyle, and you can equip up to 8 different hair items to create one whole one. It gives you a chance to get creative! Now, you do need the hair IDs, as you cannot scroll through and select certain hairstyles. Hair IDs are easy to find online!

Changing your shirt and pants is also an option! However, you must have the Custom Clothing Token item in your inventory for this to work. Clothing items cost 350K Kans each, whether it’s a new shirt or a new pair of pants. Like with the hair IDs, you also need the IDs for the shirts and pants you want to equip.
