With updates rolling out almost every week, I’ve put together this handy 99 Nights in the Forest Update guide to keep you in the loop on what’s happened. I’ll go through all the new content that has been added, as well as any rebalances and fixes.

99 Nights in the Forest Update

I’ve broken down the update into categories so you can easily find what you’re looking for. Be sure you bookmark this page, as I’ll update this post when there’s a new update so you can stay in the loop.

Volcano Biome Update

The latest update is a big one! With a whole new area to explore, things are getting hot in here. Let’s go through all of the new content and what we know about future updates.

New Content

• The Volcanic Biome! This will replace the Snow Biome for the next two weeks. Afterwards, it has the chance to appear randomly.
• Sacrifice offerings to the volcano for a bunch of new loot.
• New items:
  • Inferno Sword
  • Wildfire Potion
• New entities:
  • Mega Cultist
  • Scorpin Enemy
• Four limited-time event badges. When you unlock these, you’ll claim exclusive rewards. Grab them now before you miss out!

When Is The Next Update?

I know this isn’t ideal, but we aren’t sure what the next update is or when it’s going to happen. However, they tend to release weekly at the moment, so I’m sure it’ll be soon.

As this one is smaller and focuses on cosmetics, hopefully the next one will introduce new gameplay features. Or, even better, a new 99 Nights in the Forest Ending. When you reach 99 nights, it mentions more content and endings being in a future update.
