If you’re trying to earn Sheckles, you may be wondering, “Can you dupe seeds in Grow a Garden?”. Well, there are two methods in doing so, with one being more efficient than the other. Find out which we think are the best seeds in Grow a Garden – it might be a good idea to duplicate them!
Can You Dupe Seeds in Grow a Garden?
You can, but it requires a glitch! Though there is a much easier and hands-off method, and that’s by utilising the Raccoon or Red Fox pets, if you’re lucky enough to obtain them from a Mythical or Night Egg.
Duplication Glitch – Does it Work?
The main glitch players talk about when it comes to duplicating seeds is the one that requires an auto-clicker.
After purchasing the seeds you want to duplicate, open the auto-clicker application, and move your cursor across the garden plot as quickly as possible whilst activating the auto-clicker. If this glitch still works, and you follow the method, an additional seed should be planted.
The only problem with glitches is that the developers fix them pretty regularly. These glitches are exploits that aren’t really supposed to be in the game, so it makes sense that the developers remove them as quickly as possible.
Duplicating Seeds With Pets
The only pet that can ‘duplicate’ seeds is the Mythical rarity Red Fox, though the Divine rarity Raccoon duplicates crops. The former is obtainable via a Mythical Egg and the latter via a Night Egg.
Every 15 minutes, the Raccoon pet duplicates a crop from the garden of another player. The main downside is that the crop is random! With the Red Fox, the seed it steals (duplicates) from another player’s garden is also random, meaning it has a chance of duplicating a worthless seed rather than a rare and expensive one.
