Just over a year since its global launch, Exos Heroes is about to pass another huge milestone. Season 4 is here, and it’s a real doozy.
The latest season, Fallen Sky, adds a host of new content to LINE Games’s gorgeous gacha-RPG, including new Heroes, story content, and a whole new character class. To celebrate the launch, Exos Heroes is also running a number of events.
Story-wise, Fallen Sky reunites Zeon, the game’s protagonist, with Bitru following their separation in an earlier season.
Zeon and Bitru are reunited by a nameless trio of characters from merchant country Phedas. These three characters have been banished from the Celestial City of Pentaus, and they’re trying to ascend through the dark clouds and get back home. It’s your job to help them.
This story development adds Phedas to the Exos Heroes world. Lying beyond the Exos continent, Phedas is a floating region found in the North-East sky, accessible by airship.
While exploring this new area you’ll encounter the game’s new Heroes. All three belong to Shadow Bane, a secret society situated on the continent made up of members who wear masks to conceal their identities.
Melissa is the leader of Shadow Bane, and she directs the organisation to steal the lives of ordinary civilians in order to balance the power of the continent. What does balance look like? Melissa decides.
Garlond is a former G1 Class Agent of Shadow Bane, having reached the highest possible rank thanks to his unique skills. He’s a problem-solver and a maintainer of balance.
And finally there’s Luna, a Shadow Bane agent with a difference. Luna lives by her own rules, which probably isn’t particularly conducive to balance. Expect fireworks!
Alongside these three Heroes there’s a whole new Hero Class, called Mythic. Mythic characters have a different method of growth from other Heroes. They specialise in certain content areas, such as PvP, and they tend to have reversal powers in place of straightforward strength.
The first Mythic Hero is Misty, an all-powerful queen known as an unstoppable victor by her allies and a deadly punisher by her enemies. Misty is one of the seven knights who helped the Dragon Emperor, and she once led the Baikal Empire, so her resume is solid.
Exos Heroes has also made some changes to Infinity Core, the PvE game feature that lets players compete for points and rank every week.
The tougher the dungeon, the more points you can earn, and Infinite Crystal is awarded as a prize every week to the best players. You can spend this currency on goods at Heowon’s Old Store, where you can now buy Red Fatecore, among other things.
Fallen Sky is a whopping update, and to mark the occasion Exos Heroes is running several simultaneous events.
First up, there’s a login bonus event running from June the 24th until July the 28th. All you need to do is log in once during that period and you’ll snag yourself a free Gold Fatecore Selection Ticket.
There’s also a 15 Days of Gifts event running between the same dates. This one lets you earn a Black Fatecore Selection Ticket after day seven, and a Transcend Exclusive Hero Lesh Eye after day 15.
And you can claim up to 220 free Premium Recruitments between June the 10th and July the 28th. That one’s happening now, obviously, and so is the Season 4 Eve Celebration login event, which lets you receive 2,000 Xes, 20 Nation Recruit Tickets, 500,00 Gold, and 50 Dye Coupons for logging in before the 28th.
The rewards don’t stop there. Also happening right now are the Season 4 Eve New/Returning User Attendance Book event and the Season 4 Eve Special Bingo Event.
If you’re not already playing it, this is the perfect moment to download Exos Heroes and give it a try. You can grab it for free on the Google Play Store and the App Store.
