It’s not often that we get to play a proper console-quality game on mobile. Raziel: Dungeon Arena is such a game, with the kind of production values you don’t tend to see on smaller screens. Just watch the trailer. You’ll see what we mean.
Raziel: Dungeon Arena is the highly anticipated debut title from developer Indrasoft. It’s a classic ARPG dungeon-crawler with a range of heroes to collect, all belonging to different classes and rocking different skills.
Thanks to the innovative tag team battle system, you can pair these skills up to see which combinations work best, resulting in a satisfying addition to the action-packed gameplay. And you’ll need it, since bosses are seriously challenging, with spatial awareness and their own unique strengths, weaknesses, and reactions.
As well as collecting and combining heroes you’ll raid dungeons, fight bosses, and of course wade through countless evil drones as you perfect the vast talent trees and craft gear sets for each of your characters.
The campaign starts in the City of Being, a fledgling refuge for the human alliance, and rolls out across a vast, stunning landscape featuring swamps, deserts, a haunted forest, and more. The story is told via an impressive in-game comic too.
The multiplayer, meanwhile, lets you do all sorts of stuff in the company of your friends. You can explore the world map together, looking for random quest givers and challenges. Or you can form raid parties and head into dungeons. You can also team up for co-op Tavern boss contracts.
Given Raziel: Dungeon Arena’s peerless presentation and epic gameplay, we’re not surprised at all that it hit its ambitious 500k pre-registration goal. As a result, you’ll get a free paladin Bison Arlen for jumping into the game’s launch.
Raziel: Dungeon Arena is available on the Google Play Store and the App Store right now.
