When do the Fisch Rifts appear around Sunstone? I explain how to find them in Fisch and the rewards you get from them in this guide. This all ties in with the Merlin Quest that you can currently work through!

Fisch Rifts

Rifts are a type of portal that spawn approximately every 3 to 5 minutes across Sunstone Island. To get the corresponding Shards, you need to beat the ‘obby’ within each of the Rifts. To use a Rift, all you need to do is walk inside one as you find it. If you fail the obby, a random amount of in-game coins is deducted from your character, and the Rift closes.

When Do Rifts Spawn?

4 types of Rifts spawn on Sunstone Island. You can only get 1 Shard per Rift!

• Red
• Green
• Pink
• Blue

Red Rifts

Upon completing Red Rifts, you get Shards of Embers as rewards.

Green Rifts

When completing a Green Rift, you obtain Shards of Roots as a reward.

Pink Rifts

The reward for completing a Pink Rift is Shards of Nebulas.

Blue Rifts

After completing a Blue Rift, you are rewarded with Shards of Tides.

What Are Shards Used For?

So, what are these different types of Shards used for? It doesn’t actually matter which Shard type you have. All that matters is the quantity of Shards that you have in your inventory. Depending on how many Shards you give to Merlin, the reward you get in return differs.

• 1 Shard
  • Crystall Ball Emoji (Title)
• 2 Shards
  • Magic Ball Bobber
• 3 Shards
  • Enchanted Book (Lantern)
• 4 Shards
  • Gilded Staff Rod Skin

Other than that, there are no other purposes for the Shards. So realistically, you only need to collect 4 Shards in total to get all of the rewards. The obby’s you must complete are pretty tricky, though.
