If you’re trying to unlock the Sovereign of Elegance, you’ll need to beat the Infinity Nikki Anraki NPC first! He stands in Breezy Meadows, and he has a soft spot for elegant clothing.

Infinity Nikki Anraki
Anraki is the leader of the Rangers Faction, which is part of Breezy Meadows, in Infinity Nikki! To complete this Faction’s quests, you must first defeat him in a Style Challenge, followed by facing off against the Sovereign of Elegance.
Anraki Location
As for where to find Anraki, the quickest way to find him is by teleporting to the Meadow Wharf waypoint in Breezy Meadows. Take a look at the screenshot above, where his location has been circled, and follow the path. Keep in mind that he only appears during the daytime, so skip the time ahead if you need to. He stands on the bridge, holding his camera, watching water flow by.
Anraki’s Challenge and Rewads
With Anraki being the leader of the Faction, he is the last member you compete against. Before this, you need to beat Rene (Whim Level 4), Mia (Whim Level 5), and Craig (Whim Level 4). Once you unlock Anraki’s challenge, you can head to his destination! He has a Whim Level of 6, making him one of the more difficult members to go up against.
He asks you to stick to the theme of ‘Elegant’, focusing on clothing pieces with the ‘Romantic’ tag. In my experience, as long as you get a high amount of points within the Elegant style, you should be fine. At most, you must defeat the entirety of the Great Meadows Faction before you can unlock the Rangers. Once you beat all 3 Factions, you then gain access to the Sovereign of Elegance battle.
