Match smart
Don’t just jab at anything and hope there’s going to be another one just round the corner. As the levels get bigger there are more layers, and that can mean matches are hidden inside. Play smart and if you make a mistake, use the buffer of the extra matching boxes before you use a reset.
Watch the colors
While a lot of the matches are pretty easy, there are some blocks that look alike but are actually subtly different hues. Be sure you’re actually making a match before you stick a cube into the boxes. The butterflies are probably the worst offenders here.
Always be rotating
Don’t just stick on a single side of the level and try and clear everything there – it’s not possible. Instead you want to be constantly spinning, finding the matches that connect the different sides to allow you to clear the levels faster.
Get your cards
The card collecting meta game lets you get extra goodies and boosts that can come in handy when you’re in a tricky spot. Make sure you get all the cards you can by visiting the main menu and hitting the shop. You’ll often find you’ve got some free cards waiting for you.
Play fast
The faster you play, the higher your score is going to be at the end of the level. While you have to be careful to begin with when there are a lot of cubes, the deeper you get into a level the faster you should get. Keep your speed up and you’ll do just fine.
