This progresses through several stages tied to a care meter fitted into a series of new bathroom games, including:

- Helping Tom recover from sickness by distributing medicine and checking on his health

All of this can be triggered and found via the newly added bathroom cabinet, keeping all items neatly organised at the end of play.
