How to Unlock Heroes in Inazuma Eleven Victory Road
There are three main ways to get your hands on Heroes, with some of them being better than others. We’ll talk you through each one below, so you can see which is your favourite. Or, why not try them all?
Chronicle Mode
Start by entering Chronicle Mode, then selecting ‘Player Universe’ from the drop-down options. This will open a new screen, and you will see different constellations available. Depending on the one you select will determine which character you obtain, as each constellation offers different heroes.
Think of these constellations as a gacha. This is where you ‘pull’ for characters, and you need Bond Stars to do this, which you can get from Ranked Matches. Each character has a rarity, and as you may suspect, characters that are ‘rare’, for example, are harder to obtain compared to those that are ‘common’.
Hero Battles
In Chronicle Mode, there is an option called Hero Battle. Keep in mind, you must be level 50 or above to enter it. This mode is tough, so make sure you have a good team to take with you. If you come out victorious, there is a chance to get a character as a drop. But the drop rates are very slim using this method. You can view the drop rates before entering to see your chances.
Tip: Entering Hero Battles is also a great way to farm EXP!
Marketplace
Shop till you drop! Make your way to the Marketplace and select ‘Spirit Market’ from the options. Here, you can get different versions of Heroes in exchange for Spirits. For example, you can get Hakuryu in exchange for x5 Hakuryu Spirits and x5 Shuu Spirits.
