Grow a Garden Crafting Update

By taking a look at the Crafting event via Grow a Garden’s official Roblox page, we know for sure that a full crafting system is coming to the game! We’ve got a little taster right now with the Bear Bee Quest, which sees you combining specific crops with Honey to receive various rewards. However, a full crafting feature would mean new seeds, gear, and possibly even cosmetics.

What Will the Crafting Feature Be Like?

According to the event page, crafting will unlock new in-game items, ranging from seeds to gear. I hope we can also craft cosmetics for our gardens! There’s a potential for craftable pets, too, though this is simply a theory and has no confirmation as of right now.

If we look at how the Bear Bee Quest works, we can infer that a full crafting feature may be similar in that we must collect certain crops at specific weights. Perhaps 3 blueberries make a table? I jest, but I wouldn’t be surprised. I’d like to see materials added to the game, such as wood and ores.

The event page also mentions that there are garden upgrades on the way. It’s not clear whether crafting is part of these upgrades or if they’re simply part of the bundle of new content in the next big update. Another thing we don’t know as of yet is if the crafting feature is permanent. I assume it is, seeing as how it’s such a large aspect of any game, and works perfectly in a cosy, relaxing title like this.
