Project Baki 3 Implants Guide

There are two types of implants: Main and Sub. Both types will offer unique buffs and debuffs, however Main Implants will give you specific moves. You can activate the move by clicking the H Key on your keyboard.

You can purchase Implants by going to the Black Market and visiting The Mysterious Doctor. Each Implant has a different price.

Main Implants

Below are all the Main Implants in the game!

• Bomb
• Foot Blade
• Razor-Blade Collar
• Heart Pump
• Loss of Senses
• Rifle
• Pulse
• Titan Teeth
• Sonic Boom (no… not the program)
• Meat
• Mr. Presnident
• Sandevistan

Sub Implants

These are all the Sub Implants in the game!

• Double Joints
• Heart Plate
• Spring-Loaded Fist
• Mechanical Joints
• Titanium Bones
• S.P.E.E.D Injector
• T.U.F.F Injector
• Enhanced Bloodvessels
• Pacermaker
• Nanomachines
• Titanium Knuckles

Mysterious Man

There is also something known as the Shadow Implant given to you by the Mysterious Man To get him, you must be at the MAX City Level. The Mysterious Man has a  .01% spawn rate every second in the server’s duration… so chances are very slim. Think of the Mysterious Man as the Project Baki 3 equivalent to Gaster in Undertale (not to become a game theorist… but weird coincidence that Gaster is also referred to as the Mystery Man)

If the Mysterious Man appears, the server will announce that “A Mysterious Being Appears”. You can speak to the Mysterious Man, and he will offer strong Implants. After speaking with him, he will disappear.

Shadow Implant

These are all the Shadow Implants that the Mysterious Man will offer you:

• Artificial Lungs
• Artificial Heart
• Unchained Mind
• Hardened Fists
• Hardened Skin
• Compressed Joints
• Poison Hands
• Undying Rage
• Finality
